Lateral Flow Detection Algorithm (LFDA)

Agnostic to Sandwich or Competitive Read Assays

Our proprietary detection algorithm is tailored for image-based immunoassay readers. LFDA leverages the background condition procedure to improve sensitivity and specificity. The LFDA has the unique ability to suppress / mitigate foreign objects such as dust and manufacturing anomalies. LFDA provides a means to achieve lower CVs without the need to change the formulation.

Background Mitigation

We've developed a proprietary technique that conditions the background of a lateral flow strip to increase the SNR of the test region.

Analytical parameters offer useful metrics

Useful metrics from LFDA provides a means to capture assay and strip performance. In addition to the standard signal-to-noise (SNR) values, LFDA provides output metrics that can be used to identify anomalous features. LFDA can provide critical information during formulation and strip design.
